Jochen Voigt, who is 60 years old, has presented Hoi An museum with his 125 best photos he has taken over 44 years during his journeys around Vietnam.

Some of them have historical significance as they were taken during wartime and strongly feature the war.
In 2003, he came back to Vietnam, travelling f-rom place to place by motorbike to take photos to record changes in the country after the war and catch images of Vietnamese people who were happily working hard to overcome difficulties to build a new life.
In 2009, he exhibited his pictures named “Time Bridge” in Ho Chi Minh City.
