Information of Beach festival – Hoi An summer emotions

Beach Festival “Hoi An – Summer Emotions” is an annual event held in Hoi An city that has brought exciting experiences to residents and tourists for many years. One of the distinctive features of Beach Festival is a harmonious combination between cultural island and traditional cultural heritage in this area. The activities take place vibrantly and extensively at Cua Dai beach, An Bang beach, Tan Thanh beach and Cham Island, not only dynamic, youthful, and full of vitality but also promote unique indigenous culture.

This year, Hoi An city continues to host this event with many exciting and attractive activities, promising to enliven the endless summer in this beautiful city, such as dance performance, folk dance performance, music, cuisine, kite-flying, many sport activities on the beach… The event will take place continuously on June 15^th and 16^th, 2024 to celebrate Beach Festival in Hoi An 2024.
The participation of local community is the highlight of Beach Festival activities. This event connects tourists with local residents, contributing to spreading love for the homeland’s sea and enhancing the knowledge of local history and culture Sea and Island Week with the theme “Sea Cleanup Campaign”, “Space for Music, Cuisine and Sports”, Kite-flying Festival, Children Summer Camp, Mini beach soccer for women and Tug-of-War, Yoga Exchange on the beach, “Cham Island - Firmiana simplex flowers season”, Sport activities “Reture to the Fishing Village”… All of them promise to have the participation of a large number of residents and tourists.
The event “Endless Summer” is an expected program of this year Festival. An Bang Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches all over the world will be arranged to a “Creative Space with Sea Breath”, featuring lantern decorations, recycled wood products, profound humanistic stories aimed to environmental protection and honoring the creativity of local traditional crafts. Additionally, An Bang Beach also brings the space of cuisine, music and exciting sports for those who love the sea.
Beach Festival “Hoi An – Summer Emotions 2024” also includes a chain of activities in response to the National Biodiversity Restoration of the year 2024; to promote the appeal and beauty of the city’s beaches; inform and introduce Hoi An sea and island tourism season to a large number of domestic and international tourist. The event also contributes to promoting, introducing the strengths of island tourism resources as well as focusing on developing Hoi An into a “Green Tourism Destination”.
With many cultural-tourism events organized throughout the year, the city hopes to bring exciting and meaningful experiences to visitors when visiting to Hoi An. This is also an opportunity to preserve and promote sea and island values, preserving good things for generations in the future.
