Ho Chi Minh City-based NhaVietCorp started the construction of the first “terra-cotta cultural park” in Vietnam on July 11th at Thanh Ha District, in the central city of Hoi An.
The VND18-billion park is located on an over 500-year-old traditional pottery village of Thanh Ha.
This 6,500sq.m park consists of 5 theme zones: pottery museum, outdoor exhibition, performance stage, composition camp, and trade promotion and services.
The park shape is round like the turning table used in the making of pottery products.
The park is expected to help preserve and promote the traditional culture of Thanh Ha pottery village and to be a good convergence spot for other trade villages nationwide to display their products.
