This year marks the 25th anniversary of Vietnam – Republic of Korean diplomatic relations (22/12/1992 – 22/12/2017) which is a significant event in terms of promoting the cooperation in various fields based on understanding and mutual trust. In the series of activities to celebrate this important event, Quangnam province in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam hold the event "Korean Culture Days in Hoi An, Quang Nam 2017 " from March 11 to 12, 2017.

Pursuant to a special release of Vietnam government on the implementation of national mourning for former Cuban president Fidel Castro on December 4th 2016, the Center for culture and sports of Hội An city would like to announce that all the entertainment activities, traditional art performances, choral class, folk singing class and folk games taking place in the ancient town of Hoian will be temporarily stopped from 8am to 9:30 pm on December 4th 2016 (Sunday).

Hội An is an ancient city located in central coast of Vietnam. This ancient town is well known for its tranquility and beautiful scenery. The annual event "Hội An - Japan Cultural Exchange " will take place at Hội An ancient town , F-rom Aug.23 to Aug.25, 2013. The festival is in the frame of “Vietnam – Japan Friendship Year” as well as the 40th anniversary of Vietnam and Japan diplomatic relations (1973-2013).
