The Japanese Culture Gallery is located at 06 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street, far from Japanese Covered Bridge about 30m. According to many reliable sources, this area was originally quarter of Japanese merchants with busy trading activities in the late sixteenth and early seventeenth centuries. It was also was the place of cultural exchange between Hoi An, Vietnam and Japan.

Mrs. Erika Wilskie (85 years old, German), Studiosus tourist group, is the 6millionth visitor to Hội An ancient town. The celebration takes place at the area in front of Japanese Bridge in Feb 27th, 2014.
