With that belief, in recent years, Cam Ha flower-growing village (Hoi An) is emerging as a destination for popular kumquat artisans in Vietnam. With an area of 222.43 hectares of agricultural land, mostly for planting kumquat; from Cam Ha, gorgeous kumquat trees have been transported to many provinces in Vietnam, bringing significant income to the local people and making springs more colorful.
In order to continue introducing and honoring the flower growing village of Hoian to the public and tourists, as well as encourage the artisans, farmers of Cam Ha to develop a unique brand of kumquat growing, the People’s Committee of Hội An city will hold “Cẩm Hà Kumquat Festival 2017" from 7:30 am, January 5
th to 6
th at Cẩm Hà residental zone.
The festival will showcase dozens kumquat trees created in a unique art form by the leading artisans from Cam Ha kumquat village. For those who come here to visit will have a chance to enjoy local jam, juice and liquor made from kumquat and others Hoian specialties of Cao Lau, Quang noodles, pancakes , ginger tea with basil seeds
Cẩm Hà Kumquat Festival, Hội An 2017 is expected to be a good destination for you to enjoy the beauty of kumquat tree and take a pot of kumquat tree home for new year decoration.
