After the success of previous events; this year, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam continue to coordinate with the People’s Committee of Quảng Nam province, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quảng Nam province and the People’s Committee of Hội An city to hold “Korean Cultural Days in Quảng Nam”, Hội An, 2019. The program will take place on November 16th & 17th, 2019 with cultural and recreational activities which bear the identity of South Korea.

After the success of the event last year, The Embassy of Korea, The Center for culture of Korea in Vietnam will coordinate with People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province and Hoi An City to hold “Korean cultural days in Hoi An, 2018” with cultural and entertained activities which will occur on 12nd & 13rd October, 2018 at An Hoi Sculpture Garden.

Hoi An - Japan cultural exchange is the most outstanding event of Hoi An city in recent years. It is the cultural, spiritual and friendship fusion of the past that has become the invisible cord connecting people from two different countries with the present and the future. 14 years after the first event, it has still left in the hearts of the participants a lot of good feelings about the friendship and solidarity between the two nations.

After the event of Vietnam International Choir Competition which was held in 2011 and 2013, Hoi An has become an ideal destination where international choirs would really love to make their concert tour. In 2014, the friendship concert of the Pacific Boychoir (USA) left a deep impression on the locals and tourists in Hoi An. This year, other ensembles from USA – Phillips Exeter Academy Concert Choir and Chamber Orchestra (PEA) will perform in Hoi An.

In March 2011 INTERKULTUR organized the first ever International Choir Competition in Vietnam's history in the city of Hoi An. After the big success of this first edition Hoi An authorities decided to regularly continue the cooperation by biannually hosting the event. After the 2nd Vietnam International Choir Competition is hosted in Huế city in December 2012, the event will now come back to Hoi An in 2013.
