Expanding her culinary ventures, Kieu Phan introduced Ngon, a restaurant that opened in 2021, further enriching Hoi An's vibrant food scene. Her ambition doesn't stop there; she is also planning to launch La Hoi An Bia and Banh Mi Kieu, two upcoming projects aimed at bringing traditional Vietnamese flavours to a broader audience.
