In the afternoon of July25, General Secrectary - President of Lao’s People Democratic Republic, Mr Choummaly Sayasone, his Wife and The high level delegation of Lao’s People Democratic Republic came to visit Hoi An. In March 2011 INTERKULTUR organized the first ever International Choir Competition in Vietnam's history in the city of Hoi An. After the big success of this first edition Hoi An authorities decided to regularly continue the cooperation by biannually hosting the event. After the 2nd Vietnam International Choir Competition is hosted in Hue city in December 2012, the event will now come back to Hoi An in 2013.
